Welcome to year two of Wine with the Lab! Last year we learned about the subtle and bold varietals and went country-by-country to gain a better understanding of where great examples of common varietals came from. This year we're going to get a little more adventurous and focus on up and coming regions, uncommon indigenous varietals, and start to compare specific varietals across different growing regions.
